Link Egypt Reaps awards for E-Business Applications design and development

Egyptian E-Content Award honors Link Egypt with the First and Second Awards in E-Business Sector. Link Egypt, announced that it has won the First and Second Award in E-Business application development, having been selected by experts from the industry. At the Egyptian E-Content Awards ceremony that took place recently, the company reaped the First and Second Award for E-Business Application.

Egyptian E-Content Award is a part of World Summit Award (WSA) and organized by The Information Technology Industry Development Agency ITIDA, with winner selection being carried out by a jury panel of industry experts.

Link Egypt has received the award from H.E. Dr. Tarek Kamel, Egyptian Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Dr. Peter A. Bruck, WSA Chairman of the Board of Directors; Eng. Mohamed Omran C.E.O. of “ITIDA”, who attended the ceremony.

The award came in recognition for the high standard, ease-of-use and the use of the newest web technologies which Link Egypt used to develop it's state of the art "Link Commerce", one of the fewest fully Ajax intelligent ecommerce web application in the whole world and the first and only online booking engine for Travel Industry in the middle east "Click2Travel".

Link Egypt will now contend for the award at an International level, as it competes with winners from other countries for the World Summit Award (WSA) 2007 competition.
